FLOWGUARD Pulsation Dampners comes in a Standard (shell) materials such as 316/316L Stainless Steel, Polypropylene or Polyvinylchloride (PVC).

The Flowguard Pulsation Dampners are ideally suited for various industrial applications and are also commonly used as Surge Absorbers and Thermal Volume Compensators. Amerigo offers Flowguard Pulsation dampener distributor, suppliers, to its various clients as per their industry requirements.

Pulsation Dampners comes in a Standard (shell) materials such as 316/316L Stainless Steel, Polypropylene or Polyvinylchloride (PVC). The Vessel bodies comes in other materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Duplex Stainless Steel, Titanium, Monel, AL6XN and PVDF.

Designs are available in pressure ratings to as high as 1,380 BarG (20,000 PSIG).

Screwed or flanged connections and a choice of single, twin or multiple porting is available. Thousands of these dampers installed worldwide testify to the effectiveness of this simple design concept in smoothing the flow from reciprocating pumps.

For Diaphragm Type Dampners, the simple design and construction of the dampner model features a solid, contoured PTFE (Teflon®) diaphragm in a 316/316L Stainless Steel housing as standard supply with the choice of screwed or welded flange connection. Alternate vessel materials include Polypropylene, Polyvinylchloride (PVC), Carbon Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Duplex Stainless Steel, Titanium, Monel, AL6XN and PVDF (Kynar®). Twin port (flow-through) configurations are available as an option.
